We invite you to start an exceptional journey
to balance your Body, Mind, and Spirit
with three traditional components of the yogic tradition.
Yoga Nidra is a yogic state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation.
Science has demonstrated the countless positive effects on your body and mind.
This practice is accessible to all.
Pranayama is a yogic breathing technique that gives you awareness and control of this essential physical function.
Breath brings you life to the visible and invisible planes. Working on breathing is a key to a rejuvenation of your whole body.
Mantra yoga, sometimes called “Japa Yoga” is the use of two techniques learned in steps. The first, is the rhythmic declamation of sacred sounds, or words, using prayer beads called mala. The second, is the use of specific tones of your voice to vibrate sacred sounds. Eventually, the use of overtones opens for you the highest level of consciousness, while giving the best healing process to your body. In this practice, you are your own musical instrument.
The effects of these techniques on the brain are fantastic! For many people, they decrease stress levels, and bring peace and harmony, while establishing balance between body, mind, and spirit.
