Patricia is a certified yoga teacher and breathing coach with more than 15 years of experience. Patricia uses mindfulness as a central part of her teaching. Mindfulness focuses on the moment as a way to achieve balance in life.
With her husband Jean-Louis she started to use the powerful combination of three main components of the yogic tradition: Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), Pranayama (breathing), and Mantra Yoga (use of the voice)

Patricia is French and was originally trained in France as an expert in gemology and worked for several years in the field. This gives her an expertise in the nature of gems and crystals.
Later, she worked for 14 years as a surgical assistant, expanding her empathy and understanding of human physiology and anatomy.
When she moved to North America, she started to read more Western and Eastern spirituality. After experiencing very serious health problems, she went back to yoga and achieved her recovery through mastering several styles of yoga, eventually becoming a certified yoga teacher.
